Movies about superheroes and their opponents – now, of course, have become a whole layer of modern culture. Yes, although they are already built according to fully verified blanks, blocks from the beginning to the climax, however, at the same time, the best are attracted to their creation – directors, screenwriters, special effects specialists, music authors, actors. And now, starting with pre–premiere screenings, the film directed by Andy Serkis "Venom 2: Carnage" (Venom: Let There Be Carnage) is released on the screens - the continuation of the 2018 film about the adventures of journalist Andy Brock and the Venom symbiote.

"Venom 2: Carnage" is a great superhero movie that turned out to be even better than the first part. The story tells about Clete/Carnage (Woody Harrelson), who, along with Schriker (Naomi Harris), escapes from prison and causes chaos. Venom/ Eddie (Tom Hardy) has to stop them. The plot of the film does not disappoint and the viewer sees exactly what he paid for – the continuation of the story of the grumpy couple Eddie/Venom, having some difficulties with use in one body. This couple constantly quarrels and has many claims against each other, but when chaos comes around, they unite for a common goal.

The action in the movie is amazing, and the visual effects are amazing. Tom Hardy is great, as always. Woody Harrelson and Naomi Harris are fantastic. The film has a good pace, and 90 minutes fly by very quickly. I definitely recommend watching the movie on the big screen, especially in IMAX. Do not rush to leave the cinema after the end of the film, because you will find a scene after the credits, which will tell you where to "Venom" will move on. The events of the film begin with the friendship of serial killer Cletus Casady and his girlfriend Frances Barrison, divorced, they dream of revenge of the world. In the end, Cletus ends up on death row, but chance gives him a chance to take revenge...

In general, the creators of the tape decided not to touch on global matters, or epochal events of planetary proportions, which could be associated with two antiheroes, one of which is an even greater antihero. The main points of the events and the scenario are simplified as much as possible, in the context of an even greater bet on humor and special effects. Yes, the IMAX format reveals all the really "visual coolness" of the tape – effects, music, acting... however, in any modern cinema you can check out her "charms". With all the visual richness and a minimum of naturalism, which will give an audience of viewers, a significant emphasis on dialogues will "reveal" the tape.

The actors' game. The main emphasis in the characters' images is humorously light. Even more interesting is that the main antiheroes – Francis and especially Cletus – look much deeper and more dramatic. Yes, these are the images embodied by actress Naomi Harris and Woody Harrelson, the latter was very successful in a whole and diverse image, really dramatic, but lost in the comedic accents of the tape. The role of Tom Hardy, as well as many other "positive" characters, in most cases does not go beyond a comedic balancing act – except for action scenes. And yet – do not leave the cinema immediately, after the first small credits we have an anchor for a possible sequel. Actually, the tape was a success, it was a success as a recreation tape – simplified in many ways, but it is an excellent choice for a light movie evening.
